Map of China is a sculpture puzzle comprising pieces of wood that were once part of temples erected by the Qing Dynasty (1644–1911) and destroyed by the Chinese Government. The assorted pieces symbolise the ethnic and cultural diversity of a country which, while remaining united, is in effect a product of the merger of countless individuals.
