In response to the recent Italian education reform and to meet upper secondary schools’ requirements, Palazzo Strozzi has put together a year-long school-work alternation scheme for secondary schools in the Florence municipal area.
For the academic year 2016/17, Palazzo Strozzi cooperated with the Liceo Michelangelo and the Istituto Machiavelli-Capponi, involving sixteen students in the scheme. Participants got a chance to explore many of the organisational issues that go into making the Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi’s exhibitions happen.
On Thursday 1 June 2017 Palazzo Strozzi devoted a special evening to young people entitled #StrozziNight, an event organised by the group of students involved in the School-Work Alternation Scheme in Palazzo Strozzi.
For the academic year 2017/18, Palazzo Strozzi will be cooperating with the Liceo Artistico di Porta Romana in Florence and the Istituto Ernesto Balducci in Pontassieve.
