For those with an interest in traditional artistic skills, a visit to the Ciglia & Carrai Foundry in Cascine del Riccio offers a unique opportunity to discover the secrets of bronze-working. During the guided tour organised by the Frilli Gallery in Florence, visitors can inspect the various areas making up a foundry, such as the rooms for modelling, for waxworks and for casting with its various furnaces, or the chiselling and patina workshops and the mould store.
