On the occasion of the exhibition Helen Frankenthaler: Painting Without Rules, Palazzo Strozzi is offering two special free guided tours for individual visitors each week, led by specially trained operators.
These appointments will represent a unique opportunity to discover one of the most revolutionary artists of the 20th century, in the most comprehensive exhibition dedicated to her so far in Italy, with her works in dialogue with those of other great artists contemporary to her such as Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko and Robert Motherwell.
A journey of discovery of a unique personality who challenged conventions and expanded the boundaries of art in search of a new freedom of expression.
The guided tour is free with the purchase of an exhibition ticket.
